What is back panel?
Many people get very nervous when they have to move a
computer or connect a device to a computer because the back panel of a computer
looks like a tangled mess of cables and wires..The back panel is the portion of
the motherboard that allows you to connect external devices, such as your
monitor, speakers, keyboard, and mouse. the back panel is on the edge of the
motherboard. The information about the various connections in computer back
panel is as follows:
1. SMPS FAN
2. Power Connector
3. PS2 Mouse Keyboard Port
4. VGA Port
5. Parallel Port
6. USB Port
7. LAN Port
8. Audio Port
1. SMPS FAN :
the fan is fixed inside the SMPS and is
used to radiate the internal heat of SMPS to outside.
2. Power Connector:
Power Connector is used to supply electricity
to the Computer. 220V AC to the PC from mains supply when the computer switch
on the front side is pressed.
3. PS2 Mouse Keyboard Port:
You can see two different colored 6-pin
round shaped connectors. These connectors are used to connect input devices,
keyboard and mouse to the computer. Color Coding defines the connector type.
The purple connector is dedicated to connect Keyboard and Green color is used
for Mouse.
4. VGA Port:
The VGA port is used to connect the monitor
to the motherboard.
5. Parallel Port:
Parallel Ports is are also called line
print terminal port. Parallel Printers are connected to this port.
6. USB Port:
The full form is Universal Serial Bus and
is used to connect various input and output devices like Mouse, Keyboard,
Printers, Webcams Mobile pen drive etc. Equipment is connected to the compute. USB 3.0 is the latest version which offers
high data transfer speed.
8. Audio Port:
Audio Port is used to connect Speaker, Mike,
etc . to the computer. Generally there are 3 number of audio ports on the back
side of a PC. These parts are either aligned vertically or in horizontal
position. Green color port is dedicated for headphones or speakers, a blue
colored port is marked as Line-in and Mike can be inserted in a pink port.

3. PS2 माउस कीबोर्ड पोर्ट:

8. ऑडियो पोर्ट:
